We accept Purchase Orders and credit cards.
Delivery on small quantities is usually within 1-2 weeks.
Large order (e.g. >5 DSG) delivery is approximately 4-6 weeks.

Warranty
DSG recorders have a one year warranty against defects in manufacturing. We will replace any defective DSG recorder during the first year with a replacement unit. Shipping within the US is covered under this replacement policy. International shipping charges would apply for shipments outside the US.
If you need new o-rings just ask for them!
